Before starting development, we agreed with the client that the interface would be built on a ready-made template and that design mockups were simply unnecessary. All required functionality fit within the component base of most templates. Therefore, the project was planned to start with a single fullstack developer who would implement the MVP with the most basic functionality. Additional specialists were planned for later stages (e.g., for 1C integration and office telephony).

The MVP release was delivered in ~4 months. After that, we continued development iteratively to expand functionality, while the client, reviewing the results, gradually supplemented and expanded the requirements. At the current stage, the system is already in use but continues to evolve. Unfortunately, we cannot show what the system looks like due to trade secrets, but it can be described as similar to the Trello service with a very large number of business-specific customizations and modifications.
