The main objective of the project is to create a remote monitoring tool for Handy Help Now top management, enabling real-time tracking of key operational and financial performance indicators. The goal is to ensure transparency at all levels: from technician profile creation and order statuses to manager and team efficiency. To achieve this, we worked jointly with the client to define a set of metrics required for current situation analysis and early problem detection.
The result will be an ERP system with clear role separation, time synchronization, and mobile access support for technicians, allowing management of orders, personnel, schedules, and resources within a single digital environment.
As part of the project, we developed a detailed user flow for the technicians' PWA application, covering all key scenarios: authentication, viewing and managing orders, profile editing, calendar management, adding services and materials, and order completion.
The user flow allowed us to establish a logical interaction structure, define action sequences, and optimize screen transitions. This ensured intuitive navigation oriented around real technician workflows and became the foundation for subsequent layout and interface implementation.

The project design was fully developed by our team at the client's request. The primary focus was on simplicity, clarity, and a modern look, taking into account the specifics of mobile usage (PWA format) and daily technician workflows.
The interface covers all key screens: authentication, profile, order list, calendar, order statuses, confirmations, and reports. Both light and dark themes were implemented, ensuring comfortable use under different lighting conditions. The mockups were approved by the client and formed the basis for subsequent layout. Thanks to this, the interface became an organic part of the entire ERP system and effectively addresses user needs.

The «Technician Profile» screen provides access to personal settings and the user's work schedule. Here you can:
- Switch the interface language (Rus / Eng) and theme (light / dark).
- Configure the work schedule by day of the week.
- Add exception days — individual working time settings for specific dates.
- Edit contact information, password, and other profile settings.
- Log out of the profile with action confirmation.
The screen interface is adapted for mobile use, providing clear navigation and quick schedule configuration without unnecessary transitions.

This screen is designed for viewing technician orders in calendar format. The top section features a horizontal date strip, allowing quick switching between days of the month.
Below is a list of orders assigned to the selected date. Each card includes:
- order number,
- execution date and time,
- amount,
- address,
- brief service description,
- status (e.g., «Completed»).
Cards are visually color-coded and labeled by status, making navigation and workload perception easier. Each card can be opened to view full order details.
The screen interface simplifies planning and monitoring of completed and upcoming orders, giving the technician quick access to their schedule.

The «My Orders» screen displays all orders assigned to the technician, with the ability to track their statuses and interact with each order. Order cards include key information: date, time, address, cost, brief description, and current status (scheduled, in progress, paused, requires changes, completed, etc.).
Depending on the status, the technician has access to the following actions:
- start work,
- pause,
- resume execution,
- complete the order,
- add services or materials,
- modify or fill in the report.
When opening a card, full order details are available: client contact information, exact address, execution time, list of services and materials used, and total cost. Editing, data copying (e.g., address), and adding additional work are also available.
The screen gives the technician full control over current orders, allowing convenient management of order execution and the ability to make necessary changes during the workflow.

This screen is designed for adding new services and materials to a current order.
The user can open the list of available services, select the needed items, and add them to the order with a single action.
After selecting a service, the following options become available:
- edit the list of materials associated with the selected service,
- specify the quantity of each material,
- add or remove materials manually.
The ability to remove an entire service from the order is also available.

This screen is designed for filling in final information for a completed order. The technician specifies the parameters required for work completion and subsequent approval by the team lead:
- Payment method — choice between single or split payment, with the ability to specify the method (cash, card, etc.).
- Miles — the number of miles traveled to the client.
- Tips — additional amount received.
- Toll roads — accounting for travel and parking expenses.
- Completed work — a checklist indicating which tasks from the order were actually completed.
In the case of split payment, the system allows specifying multiple methods and amounts, splitting the payment into parts (e.g., part cash, part card).
After filling in all fields, the technician clicks «Submit for Approval», after which the order goes to the team lead for review.

This screen is designed for visual display of technician performance statistics. The top section features a chart showing the number of orders accepted by day of the week.
Below are the key metrics for the current week:
- Accepted — total number of orders,
- Completed — number of finished orders,
- Earned this week — total income,
- Balance — estimated amount due to the technician.
Additionally, the balance history for previous weeks is displayed, grouped by date. This allows the technician to track the dynamics of their activity and earnings over time.
